Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AppForgeLabs LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), handles personal information on the AppForgeLabs website (https://appforgelabs.com) and in the products we operate.

1. Products with their own policy

Products that publish their own privacy policy describe exactly what that product collects, and that policy governs the product. This general policy applies to anything a product policy does not cover.

2. This website

The AppForgeLabs website is a static information page. It has no accounts or forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

3. Information our products may collect

Depending on the product and the features you use:

  • Account information: usually your email address, and any settings you save.
  • Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer id, subscription status, and limited billing details, never full card numbers.
  • Usage information: request logs and usage records needed to run, bill, secure, and debug the product.
  • Analytics: some products use cookieless, privacy-oriented page analytics (such as Umami) that count visits without identifying you across sites.
  • Destinations you configure: for example an email address or a Telegram, Discord, or Slack destination for alerts.

4. How we use information

  • to provide the product you asked for, including sign-in, alerts, and support;
  • to process payments and keep billing records;
  • to secure our services, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
  • to understand aggregate usage and improve our products;
  • to send service messages, and marketing email only where you opted in, always with an unsubscribe link.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our products, only as needed: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (for example Resend), hosting and DNS providers (for example Vercel and Cloudflare), analytics (Umami), and messaging platforms you choose to connect. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or our services, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

6. Advertising

If a product displays advertising, for example through Google AdSense, that product's own policy says so. Google and its partners may then use cookies to serve and measure ads; you can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

7. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active, billing records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and usage logs only as long as needed for operation, security, and disputes. You can ask us to delete your account data; we may keep limited records where the law requires it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as HTTPS, hashed credentials, and access-limited databases. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing dev@appforgelabs.com from the address we have on file. We may need to verify your identity first. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in each message.

10. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are posted here.
